Arrow Exchange Tax Solutions, LLC is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Chickamauga, GA.
About the Role:
The Client Relationship Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage workflows in systems like TaxDome, Calendly, and Ignition, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This position involves supervising front office staff, optimizing processes, and supporting the advisor to maintain high-quality service standards. This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and optimize office workflows
✔ Oversee scheduling and client communications
✔ Supervise front office team and ensure accountability
✔ Support onboarding, proposals, and CRM management
✔ Maintain data integrity and reporting
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience in a client-facing or customer service role is preferred
Experience with CRMs and scheduling tools (TaxDome preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Prior experience in the tax industry is a plus
